Kiln & Clay Shipping Policy

Delivery Times

Standard UK Delivery: We aim to deliver all in-stock items within 3-5 working days. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer, and estimated delivery times will be provided upon order confirmation.

Expedited Shipping: Available upon request with an additional charge.

Shipping Costs

All orders over £300 qualify for free standard shipping within the UK.

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use environmentally friendly, recyclable materials whenever possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to check the status of your delivery.

Damaged Items

In the unfortunate event that your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty. Please contact us before returning any items.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.
