REFUND POLICY

We at Thomas Buiskool Trading as Kiln and Clay are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If, however, you need to return an item, this Returns Policy outlines your options, both under your statutory rights and the additional options we provide.

How to Return an Item

To offer you more flexibility beyond your statutory rights, you may return items purchased from us within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following terms:

Items must be in perfect, unopened condition.

Initiate the return by emailing thomas@kilnandclayinteriors.com with your name, order details, and the item(s) you wish to return.

Entitlement to a Refund

Under this policy:

You'll be refunded the price paid for the item(s), accounting for any discounts at purchase.

A return fee of £20.00 per order applies under this Policy. No fee for returns that are part of your statutory rights.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Processing Returns

Upon receiving your return:

We'll inspect the item within 10 days, or immediately if returned in-store.

If compliant with our policy, we’ll confirm acceptance and process a refund to your original payment method within 28 days, or provide an exchange if agreed.

Non-compliant returns may result in a reduced refund or the option to retrieve your item (shipping costs may apply).

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

Follow the return process and indicate your desire for an exchange.

If the exchange is possible, we'll send the new item after accepting the return and receiving the return fee.

If we can't facilitate the exchange, we'll offer a refund and you may make a new purchase.

A Customer’s Statutory Rights

This policy is in addition to, not a replacement for, your statutory rights. Depending on your purchase scenario, your rights may include refunds for unsatisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, or a change of mind (for consumers).
